As we approached the final stages of the build-out of our Urgent Care Medical Clinic, I selected Imara Networks Solutions for our IT infrastructure design, acquisition and installation. From the capability requirements list that I provided them, they put together a recommended equipment list and then negotiated the purchase of the items that we approved. The “greenfield” installation here was relatively complex, involving meeting strict cloud computing connectivity, HIPPAA medical privacy protection rules and multiple integrated pieces of medical and accounting equipment. They were extremely efficient in spite of all the confusion of many construction contractors attempting to complete their work simultaneously. In a short time, all our equipment was integrated and functional with numerous unique software applications debugged and working across the Internet. These folks went well beyond normal expectations in terms of ensuring all applications were fully integrated and that we were trained properly in their use. We were up and running well before our planned acceptance of our first patients and we have had no call backs for IT equipment functions. Their customer focus and service were superb and we highly recommend them.

Our office was burglarized on a Thursday night and all of the PCs at our workstations were stolen. Just after midday Friday, after the police had finished their investigation, the Imara Network Solutions staff were on site changing server access passwords. By 3pm we were up and running with loaner PCs from Imara Network Solutions until new ones could be ordered.
Imara Network Solutions certainly helped make the best of a bad situation. Their technical support on and off site is excellent.
