We seek self-starting, technical, driven individuals who:

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Present and sell Varonis' products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Follow up on leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Identify decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to start sales process.
  • Maintain and expand the database of contacts within targeted organizations.
  • Sustain sales activities; appointments, demos, proposals, cold calls, dials and database updates.
  • Partner with Account Managers and Sales Management to determine strategic approaches for sales.
  • Establish and maintain current customer relationships (respond to customer requests, manage and resolve customer issues).
  • Maintain accurate account information and activity detail in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
  • Provide effective product demos for end-user customers as well as for the resellers.
  • Support the reseller communication channel throughout the sales process.
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Undergraduate degree in business or other related field.
  • Previous business-to-business sales experience (4+ yrs) preferred, technology industry experience preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding phone skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
  • Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.
  • Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement.
  • Sense of humor.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is helpful
